Dear researcher, please consider the following points for writing and submitting the paper:

1. Papers are limited to 7 pages for Farsi submissions and 5 pages for English submissions. Additional pages will incur an extra fee.
2. All papers, must use the provided paper template.
3. Papers will be accepted that not presented and published elsewhere.
4. If your paper is a group effort, the designated presenter must submit the paper through the website. All correspondence will be directed to this presenter.
5. While not mandatory, presenting English papers in English is preferred.
6. The authors are responsible for the accuracy of the content in their submitted paper.
7. Based on reviewer feedback, papers will be categorized as definitively accepted, accepted with revisions, or rejected. Revised papers must be submitted within 10 Days of notification.
8. Only registered papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
9. To publish papers in the conference proceeding, at least one of the paper authors must pay the registration fee.
