Important Notes: Please pay careful attention to the following points:
Submitting a paper to the conference is contingent upon registration and payment. The costs and registration dates can be viewed here.
The cost of attending the conference will be calculated based on the registration group, whether attending in person or virtually (with or without a paper), and additional page charges for papers by the conference system.
Individuals who wish to attend the conference without submitting a paper can select the "Services" menu from the right panel of their user dashboard, choose the "Attend the conference without a paper" option, and proceed with payment. Those who wish to attend with a paper must register after the final paper acceptance results have been announced. This can be done from the "Billing and Payment" section in the right menu of the user dashboard.
Please download and complete the submission templates for oral (Persian/English) and poster (Persian/English) presentations.
Please ensure that the poster is designed in such a way that it can be understood without the presenter being present. It is recommended to use diagrams and other visual elements instead of written content whenever possible. If the quality of the prepared poster is insufficient, it will not be approved.
The maximum presentation time is 12 minutes. Non-physical presentations will be conducted via SkyRoom. Please record your presentation using screen recording software. The conference recommended software is ZD Soft Screen Recorder, which can be downloaded here. Your recorded file must be in MP4 format and no larger than 20MB.
Note: All submitted videos will be reviewed, and if they do not meet the required quality or exceed the maximum time (12 minutes), they will be returned. Please ensure that the video is prepared with care to avoid wasting time.
You must upload the poster file, PowerPoint, and the recorded presentation in your user dashboard through the "My Papers" page on the conference system. Your presentation will take place either in person or online according to the conference schedule. The recorded video will be played at the scheduled time and hall (schedule will be announced later), and the presenter must be available online to answer questions at the end of the presentation.
The certificate of paper presentation will be emailed to the presenter after the conference. All authors of the paper will be listed on the certificate. The type of presentation will not be specified in the certificate, in line with international conference norms.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
All presented papers will be sent for indexing to digital libraries and journals, depending on the language and the paper's focus.
