Technology Strategy Models Review in Home Appliances leader Companies

چکیده :

This study investigates the technology strategy development models utilized by leading companies in the home appliance industry. Through content analysis of industry leader blogs, websites, CEO interviews, podcasts, meetings, and sound recordings, the research identifies the prevalence of specific models. The analysis reveals that leading companies leverage a diverse set of models, including Porter's technology strategy development model, Hax & Majluf's model, the McKinsey technology strategy model, Arthur D. Little's technology strategy framework, Ford & Saren's technology strategy (2003), Chiesa's technology strategy model, Burgelman's model, the open strategy approach, and open innovation. Through content analysis, De wit process strategy analysis approach was used to models analyze and comparison. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of technology strategy development within the home appliance industry and lays the groundwork for further exploration of how these models influence strategic decision-making.
