A Hybrid Model for ERP Implementation in Large Organizations: Combining Agile and Traditional Methodologies

چکیده :
Implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects can be quite challenging, particularly for large companies such as electric distribution firms. This article explores a unique approach that integrates Agile and traditional techniques to enhance the effectiveness of ERP initiatives. By thoroughly analyzing various literature and real-life examples, we examine the advantages and challenges of adopting this hybrid strategy. Our research indicates that this approach significantly improves project outcomes compared to solely using traditional or Agile practices. Ultimately, we find that the hybrid model is especially beneficial in environments where ERP projects frequently fall short of expectations.
