Reverse supply chain coordination considering modular design

چکیده :
This study examines coordination in a single-channel reverse supply chain involving consumers, collection channels, and producer. Consumers return used modular products to physical collection points, which are then refurbished by producer using modular design and advanced technologies at minimal cost. producer bear transportation costs to enhance collaboration, and three scenarios centralized, decentralized, and coordinated with cost-sharing contracts are investigated. The results indicate that an increase in 𝝓𝑹 leads to a reduction in modularity and an increase in the producer's profit. Additionally, a cost-sharing contract with changes in 𝝀 and an agreement on reduced transfer costs improve profits and supply chain coordination compared to decentralized decision -making.
