Investigating the Effects of Total Quality Management on the Performance of the Automotive Industry with the Role of Green Manufacturing practices (Case Study: Iran Khodro Khorasan Company)

چکیده :

In this study, the effects of total quality management (TQM) on the performance of the automotive industry and the mediating role of green manufacturing practices have been investigated. The statistical population of this study includes 400 managers and experts working in Iran Khodro Khorasan Company. In this study, in order to investigate and test the variables affecting the research topic, common standard questionnaires have been used. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaires was obtained by Cronbach's alpha method for all questionnaires more than 0.7, which indicates the appropriate convergence and reliability of the results. Also, the validity of the questionnaires has been confirmed by construct validity method (confirmatory factor analysis). In order to analyze the data in the descriptive statistics section of SPSS software and for inferential statistics in which the relationships between the variables are modeled based on the purpose of the research, structural equation modeling based on partial least squares approach and PLS software has been used. The results of this study showed that TQM with the mediating role of green manufacturing practices is the source of a paradigm shift from the culture of reaction to an activity with an emphasis on the importance of customer retention. This issue leads to the development of culture, participation, and empowerment of each and every employee of the organization at different levels and levels. Also, this issue is the path and roadmap to achieve sustainable development and excellence of the organization in all fields.
