چکیده :

In today’s world, the tripartite relationship among workers, employers, and the government forms the foundation of many economic and social interactions. Analyzing these relationships and their outcomes requires novel analytical tools such as game theory, especially static games. This study utilizes the game theory framework to model the behavior of the three key stakeholders in the labor market. After presenting the theoretical foundations, a static game model is developed to analyze the actors’ strategies and the Nash equilibrium. The results underscore the critical role of proactive government intervention in regulating worker-employer relations and maximizing social welfare through fair cooperation among all labor market stakeholders.
